About Us

Dr. Mitchell began his dental career in Tacoma, WA working in a community health clinic which focused on providing care for both underserved and Hispanic populations. As he transitioned into private practice, he pursued additional training in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry and sedation dentistry. In 2022 he was selected as a “Top Dentist” by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine. He has volunteered through many professional organizations and sat on the board of trustees for his county dental society for the last three years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Mexico Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Mitchell and his wife, Ashley (also an Albuquerque native) reside in Albuquerque with their three children: Genesis 14, Liam 10, and Millie 2. As a teen he earned his Eagle Scout award through the Boy Scouts of America and to this day he maintains a deep appreciation for the outdoors. His hobbies include fishing, rock climbing, mountain climbing and backpacking.
